Operation Officer

We are a leading logistics company dedicated to providing efficient and reliable transportation services. As we continue to expand, we are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Operations Officers.

Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of logistics operations.
• Monitor and track shipment schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods to clients.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and logistics team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise during transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistical processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification of 10+2 or equivalent.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in logistics or transportation industry.
• Ownership of a bike would be considered a plus point.
