Hotel Kailash Kutee is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure proper billing and cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain front desk inventory, including supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of front desk staff.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in front desk or hotel management roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience handling operational tasks is preferred.
